Self check-in is via smart lock — your code will be sent the morning of arrival. A Ring doorbell at the front entrance handles deliveries and arrivals. We're available by text or call throughout your stay if anything comes up. A welcome bottle of wine will be waiting on the kitchen counter when you arrive as a small gesture to kick off your stay. Other Things to Note • Quiet hours — 11 PM to 7 AM, in keeping with the neighborhood. • Smoking — no smoking indoors at any time. • Events & parties — this is a private residence in a quiet residential community; gatherings and events are not permitted. • Pets — this home is not pet-friendly. • Two stories with stairs — the home spans two floors, including a staircase to the bonus room. Please use handrails and supervise children. • Balcony note — the second-floor balcony off the upstairs bedrooms has original-era architectural features; please supervise children at all times when using the balcony. • Parking — please use the garage and driveway only, and avoid blocking or parking in front of neighboring homes out of respect for our neighbors.
